I just want to share with you in this post where I'm focusing my attention on at the moment on my trading chart...
I'm watching out on GBP/USD on the DAILY TIME FRAME.
Price have been going through consolidation phase for 32 trading days and we have a breakout on 33rd trading days which is today....
Will the bull sustain this breakout for an upward movement to test our next resistance level @1.3315??
Well we need to see a daily close above 1.2981 to give a signal the bulls are ready for another ride.
A daily close above keylevel @1.2981 have high probability to turn this level to our next support level for an upward movement but a daily close below this keylevel @1.2981 may signal a fake breakout.
Remember our horizontal support lies@1.2765 and a daily close below 1.2981 may result into another medium of consolidation phase which may interest sellers to retarget support @1.2582 .
Well the bulls have alot of task to get done to defend above 1.2981
